We manufacture L.T. Transformers in different types and capacities to suit individual requirements
- Single Phase Double wound and Auto wound transformers
- Three Phase Double wound and Auto wound transformers
- Three Phase to Single Phase Double wound transformers
These are manufactured, both in natural air cooled construction and natural oil cooled construction. In addition to the above, We also manufacture other types of transformers like i) Low Voltage Mining and Lighting Transformers, ii) Extra Low Voltage Loading Transformers, iii) Furnace Transformers, iv) Line Voltage correcting Transformers, v) Motor starting Auto Transformers, vi) Rectifier Transformers, vii) Current Transformers, viii) Voltage Transformers, ix) Ignition Transformers and other types of transformers to customers specification.
Special enquiries will always be entertained with promptness by our engineering and sales staff.
The transformers described here are made in natural Air Cooled and Oil Cooled construction, suitable for indoor use in a maximum ambient temperature of 55˚C. The electrical performance of these transformers generally conforms to the requirements of I.S. specification No. I.S:2026 for Power Transformers. Unless otherwise specified all the transformers will have class ‘A’ insulating materials.
Natural Air Cooled transformers are supplied in sheet steel ventilated case with screwed top cover. Input and output terminals are provided on the top of the transformer, inside the casing. Cable entry holes are provided on the sides of the M.S. Casing. The transformers are suitable for floor mounting and are also supplied with M.S. Rollers for easy portability in case of large transformers can also be quoted in Wall Mounting construction against specific enquiries.
Naturally Oil Cooled transformers are supplied in M.S. Tanks. In some cases, the tanks provided with cooling tubes on two or all the four sides. As a standard practice, the tank is provided with oil filling hole with cap, oil level indicator, drain plug and earthing terminal. Input and output terminals are brought out generally on two opposite sides, either from the sides of the tanks or from the top of the tank. The transformers are supplied complete with first filling of oil. Plain unidirectional M.S. Rollers are fitted to the tank of easy portability. However transformer tanks can also be fitted on M.S. Channels for base mounting.
We also supply transformers in open execution without any enclosure when they are to be mounted inside a control panel or a cubicle |
